Order management digitalized centrally with mQuest®
With more than 750 employees VERTIKOM is one of the biggest owner-managed communication agencies in the DACH Region.
Since 2016 VERTIKOM counts on mQuest® for the planning, implementation and finally the analysis of individual and success-oriented promotion activities at the point of sales. Due to the integrated order management, promoters are informed on time about upcoming tasks, via push-notifications that can then be processed with standardized survey forms. Important input, as the evaluation of the sales area, the actual location (GPS) and sales closures are automatically transferred via the mQuest® API to the companies VERTIKOM operational system and analysed.
