To process the dealing with customer’s data at trade fairs and the post-treatment in back-office optimal, efficient processes of the entry of contacts and the follow-up are necessary. With the usage of the offline-app mQuest® and with the support of the cluetec GmbH, Siemens successfully launched a new digital system for the entry of leads at trade fairs.

Trade fairs are confronting companies and their sales team with special challenges. When customers are looked after appropriately, there is little time left for other things. To process leads as quickly and precisely as possible, as well as to automatize the post-treatment, the “Global Marketing Services” (GMS), an internal consulting unity at Siemens, decided to use iPads in combination with mQuest lead.

The pilot project in the course of the Swissbau 2016 has shown, that a lead process, which has been digitized with mQuest lead brought enormous advantages and offers a real added value to the company. Especially the post-treatment can so be processed and documented directly through a central CRM.
